'Cherry Ripe' brownies. My own original recipe that uses morello cherries and desiccated coconut.
No actual cherry ripe bars were used in the process.

Boyfriend recently bought a cast iron pot and decided to test it by making a potato bake! A combination potato bake too (three kinds of meat were added to this delicious concoction upon my request).

Ingredients include potato, thickened cream, mozzarella cheese, onions, cauliflower, chorizo sausage, salmon, speck, swede, thyme, pepper and dill. Dill is a definite must for any potato bake!

A Hungarian dessert called Mákos Tészta (sweet poppy seed noodles/pasta).  All he did was take our remaining fettuccine (the egg kind is the best) and mixed it with poppy seeds and caster sugar. My boyfriend told me he used to eat this a lot when he was a little kid.
This dish is super easy to make. Here’s a copy of recipe thanks to The Well-Seasoned Cook: Hungry for Hungarian: Mákos Tészta
